ABOUT MS. WEST

Stefanie N. West, Esq. specializes in civil litigation; specifically business litigation, public relations litigation, and litigation between private individuals. Stefanie has extensive experience with arbitration, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial advocacy.

As a small business owner herself, Ms. West prides herself in her ability to adequately represent the interests of other local small businesses, and to help individuals realize their goals of starting and successfully maintaining their own businesses.

Originally from Orange County, NY, Ms. West has a direct, no-nonsense outlook on litigation. She has proven herself to be a zealous advocate who gives her clients the confidence and attention they deserve and need in the difficult and stressful world of litigation. 

Ms. West began her legal career as an intern at the Ulster County Public Defender’s Office. Upon graduating college with a double-bachelors in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Ms. West was immediately hired for a position with a former Bronx District Attorney, and current New York State Deputy Chief for Gangs, Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau, Kings County. After three years at the NY based firm, Ms. West made the decision to attend law school and become an attorney in her own right. She then moved from Orange County NY to Orange County CA, where she began and has maintained her professional career as an attorney. 

Upon passing the California Bar Exam, Ms. West began her career as an associate for a Los Angeles based law firm specializing in business and real estate litigation. She later decided to follow her dream to return to Orange County and open her own Law Practice. Ms. West currently lives and maintains an office in Huntington Beach, CA.
